Visiting all of his job sites on a weekly basis is one of the ways that Manuel keeps a close hands-on approach to his designs during construction. Every one of his projects is based upon an integrated design and nothing is left to chance.

As projects progress, he walks clients through the whole process and in the end there aren’t any surprises. “The best compliment paid to me was when I was walking through a house with the owners, upon its completion. The homeowner looked at me and said ‘You know what? It looks exactly the way I expected it to.”
